How do I get my key for the property?
You will find details about address and travel description of the key-holder in your travel documents.
 
Do we have to bring our own linen and towels?
As a rule, the linen and towels are available in the accommodation unit. Possible exceptions will be noted in description. Most of the accommodations are self-catered, therefore consumption goods are NOT included, such as food, soap (normally some will be there) etc.
 
To whom can we ask our questions?
We will be happy to help you during our working hours. By need we will forward your request to our local service partner. However, customer request are always unbinding and cannot be guaranteed.
In case of any problems with accommodation or host upon arrival to accommodation unit, please contact us immediately by telephone at 00 43 1 533 44 60.
 
How do I get the keys?
When you arrive at the accommodation you will be met by your contact person who will show you the apartment, receive the remaining balance and give you the keys. You will receive two sets of keys.
 
How do I make a reservation?
Very simple. After choosing the preferred accommodation, just follow the instructions at the bottom of each page and it will take you in a few steps to an On-line Reservation or, depending on the accommodation, to a Reservation Request.
 
Why do you sometimes get a negative response to your enquiry even though our portal shows different?
Since we contact our hosts by phone to check accommodation unit availability immediately after your enquiry, it is unfortunately not possible to keep availability on our web page updated to the minute. Nevertheless, we do our best to update accommodation unit availability as frequently as possible, though we apologize for any inconvenience caused.
 
How do I pay?
Please look closer to our steps at "How to book".  At this moment, the possible payment method is per bank transfer.
 
When can we arrive to our holiday home and when do we have to leave the holiday home?
On your arrival day, your arrival should be between 14.00 or 16.00 and 20.00 p.m. You can find the exact time in your travel documents. Normally arrival time will be between 14.00 and 20.00 p.m. and departure time before 10.00 a.m. On arrival day the key cannot be handed out before the time stated.
If you know in advance you are unable to meet these times, please advice the key-holder. If you are delayed on the day of arrival, you must also contact the key-holder. We can not guarantee that keys will be available outside the times mentioned on your travel documents and you might have to wait until the following day.
 
Can we stay more persons in the property than stated?
As a rule this is not possible because the holiday properties are only equipped for the number of people stated.
If you arrive with more people than the holiday accommodation you have booked is intended to accommodate without first asking, the owner has the right to deny your access.
 
Do we have to clean the property before departure?
No. You receive a clean accommodation and it will be cleaned again after your departure. We do appreciated that you leave the accommodation behind in an acceptable state! The endcleaning is included in the price, If not stated in the offer.
 
Do babies and young children count as persons?
Children and babies normally are considered full-paying people in the apartment/holiday home otherwise it will be stated in the property description
 
Can we change our booking to another property and how much does it cost to change the booking?
In order to change an already booked property, the booking for the first property must be cancelled and you will have to make a new booking for the property you now want to rent. As a rule, this cancellation is subject to the cancellation fees specified in our General Terms & Conditions.
 
We strongly recommend you to make an travel insurance in order to be safe of losing the deposit or more (by cancellation).
 
Is it possible to bring our pets with us?
In most of properties, pets (usually dogs) are allowed. Please check the respective property description.
